EPCI project extension of the existing Erha subsea system and infrastructure, which is currently producing to the existing Erha Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO) located in OML 133 in Nigerian waters (in water depth ranging from 1000 to 1200 m). Responsible for the execution of the work related to Topsides modifications package:
- Coordinate and follow up the execution of all Engineering work at Crestech office (up to 60 personnel)
- Coordinate and follow up Supply Chain activities (10 personnel)
- Coordinate and follow up Fabrication work and Operations
- Control and report budget and schedule
- Identify and ensure management of changes
- Take ownership and manage the Risks and schedule associated to work package scope of work
- Identify and progress external interfaces and link with the Interface Manager
- Coordinate and report to Client counterpart

- Established the Project Detailed Installation Schedule based on detailed
plans prepared by installation team
- Schedules Issuance and follow-up of the installation schedule from
Luanda (Angola)
- Prepares progress status with data from Vessels Daily Progress Report
- Consolidate and ensure proper progress status reporting
- Deviations, PROJECT trends & Productivity analysis
