  • Subsea 7 - Topsides Package Manager

    SURESNES 2012 - maintenant EPCI project extension of the existing Erha subsea system and infrastructure, which is currently producing to the existing Erha Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO) located in OML 133 in Nigerian waters (in water depth ranging from 1000 to 1200 m). Responsible for the execution of the work related to Topsides modifications package:
    - Coordinate and follow up the execution of all Engineering work at Crestech office (up to 60 personnel)
    - Coordinate and follow up Supply Chain activities (10 personnel)
    - Coordinate and follow up Fabrication work and Operations
    - Control and report budget and schedule
    - Identify and ensure management of changes
    - Take ownership and manage the Risks and schedule associated to work package scope of work
    - Identify and progress external interfaces and link with the Interface Manager
    - Coordinate and report to Client counterpart

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2011 - 2012 EPCI project of subsea structures and tie-back with the existing FPSO BONGA at a water depth of approximately 1200m within block OML 118 offshore the Nigerian coast. Responsibilities within the project:
    -Support the Project Manager and the Contract Administration Team for the technical preparation of the plans of execution of Provisional Sums and Extra Work (Fabrication and Offshore Installation).

    - Insure vessel logistic from mobilisation site

    and installation aids fabrication
    - Insure vessels logistic from mobilisation site
    - Follow-up spools installation on board FDS
    - In charge of project demobilisation at Pointe-Noire

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2006 - 2007 Development of turnkey project of sub sea structures and tie-back with the
    existing FPSO Girassol in order to develop Oligocene type oils at a water
    depth of approximately 1400m within block 17 offshore the Angolan coast.
    Responsibilities within the project
    - Established the Project Detailed Installation Schedule based on detailed
    plans prepared by installation team
    - Schedules Issuance and follow-up of the installation schedule from
    Luanda (Angola)
    - Prepares progress status with data from Vessels Daily Progress Report
    - Consolidate and ensure proper progress status reporting
    - Deviations, PROJECT trends & Productivity analysis

    depth of approximately 1400m within block 17 offshore the Angolan coast.
    Responsibilities within the project
    - Sets ups, operate a computerized data system which covers WBS,
    scheduling and progress reporting
    - Established the Project Execution Schedule based on detailed plans
    prepared by different departments
    - Schedules Issuance and follow-up for different level of the schedule
    - Prepares progress status with data carried out by each department
    - Consolidate and ensure proper progress status reporting
    - Deviations, PROJECT trends & Productivity analysis
  • MI-GSO - Car development – Planning Engineer

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2002 - 2004 Set-up of standard schedule inside 2 departments. Responsibilities within
    the project:
    - In charge, with departments team, to develop standard schedule for new
    car development
    - Development of tools to follow the technical progress of project
    - Installation of these new project management methods on pilots projects
