    In charge of the Wing Leading Edge, Trailing Edge, Engines Pylon attachments and Main Landing Gear support structure, I deliver project management for aircraft development from concept phase up to entry into service.

    Support and deputize the Programme Leader achieving time, cost and performance objectives.

    Support the management of contracts and relationships with the Risk Sharing Partners.

    Recruit, manage and develop PPM team to support the work packages.

    Define, set up and manage the project plan, schedule plan, resources plan and communication plan.

    Monitor and drumbeat status of the schedule (activities, milestones, interdependencies & critical path), as well as of the resources availability, actions, Risks & Opportunities, work progress & earned value.

    Deliver reports on the project status to team members, upper levels and other stakeholders, providing adequate indicators and analysis (KPI, Dashboard, etc) to make decision

    Identify possible deviations from the project baseline, propose preventive and corrective actions, ensure follow up and conduct lessons learned reviews at appropriate significant events

    Educate supported manager and functions to project management best practices and improve supplier performance, especially Project management performance, through regular reviews and proactive assessment of gaps and resources.
