I have more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. I served mainly in sales activities, sales management, SW alliance and IT consulting.
Graduated from HEC Paris France, Finance degree, I mainly acquired my sales experience within two IT leaders, IBM as the global provider of technology and services & Siebel as the former leader of CRM & eBusiness applications. At Siebel I held an international position.
As General manager of Lemaitre Demeestere SAS, a weaving mill located in North France, I was the main actor of a successfull recovery .
Since 2009, I have been running and delivering a Stress Primary Prevention Program which objectives are to care work, in order to preserve the IBMers' health and effectiveness.
My strenths are creativity in complex and blocked situations, open mindedness, bravery, perseverance, integrity, fairness, leadership, gratitude.
