MAIN ACHIVEMENTS
- lead the supply chain for Airbus A330 & A340, contribute to the ressources integration with the futur Airbus A350
- Set up the Global HRIS operation team and related procedures for Airbus then for all EADS divisions
- Project leader for the GRESS eRoom site (GeRS) to enhance collaboration between design offices and Suppliers during Aircraft development phase for A380 & A400M – Excellence Award 2005
- Set up a business specialised in installation of street, sport, game equipments - turnover of 350 000 € the first year - 15 employees

    Blagnac 2008 - 2010 Head of supply chain & outstanding works Since July 07
    Long Range –A330/A340 Toulouse (BLLA1S), Airbus France, Toulouse
    In charge of the Long Range Supply Chain (Green Aircraft), Outstanding works from the COE and shop floor logistics. (40 people)
    -Accountable of the Constituent Assemblies, Work packages, parts deliveries on time from the COEs and the FAL suppliers. (90M€ for 86 A/C - 2009)
    -Accountable of the FAL operations coordination in order to secure the FAL rate by monitoring the gaps between deliveries and FAL needs. Thus, accountable to launch recovery and crisis plans accordingly
    - Animate the COEs networks in order to control the improvement plans and projects such as decreasing the COEs Outstanding works
    - Guarantee that all parts, WP, CA, equipments are delivered on time from the dispatch centre to the different FAL stations and control the missing parts accordingly (shop floor logistics)
    -Responsible of improvement projects in accordance with AOP for LR supply chain

    Employment and Organisation (HD), Airbus Central Entity, Toulouse
    In charge of HRIS operations for Airbus then, from early 2007, all EADS Business Units running their HR processes on SAP HR.
    -Accountable of the operations of the SAP HR system for both the foundation and global HR processes
    -Control, lead the planning and budget in coordination with other Airbus entities, EADS eHR & EPS (Employee Personnel Services)
    -Animate the network with local HRIS representatives and HR process owners in order to ensure that all procedures are implemented
    -Guarantee the SAP HR platform integrity, confidentiality, traceability, while ensuring project integrations

    Blagnac 2002 - 2005 Procurement Directorate, Equipment & Propulsion Systems (PCQ), Airbus Central Entity, Toulouse
    Project leader of the GRESS eRoom Services (GeRS): Collaborative tools & services to Support GRESS (AP1013) procedure between Airbus design offices and suppliers during Aircraft development cycle (A380, A400M)
    - Set up the project: collect functional requirements (E, B, P functions), control technical specifications, build the business case and set up the extended team accordingly.
    - Ensure solution deployment to design offices and suppliers, design of the training kit, organisation of the training sessions.
    - Animate the cross function network (including suppliers), set up and follow up of improvement plans
    - Integrate the GRESS & GeRS enhancements in the aircraft development strategy for new program
