A 23-year international career in the hospitality industry, spanning all continents, has reinforced my natural ability to operate and address situations at different levels: customers, operators, managers, and strategic planning. This extensive experience allows me to work closely with various global investors and hotel owners.

I am an expert in the food and beverage industry, with commercial and purchasing experience in all areas (economic to luxury) of the hospitality, restaurant, and retail businesses.

Identified as an enthusiastic and high energy leader, I am very efficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a team player, my excellent organizational and problem solving skills make the difference in meeting deadlines successfully.

One of my strongest assets is my ability to build, develop and maintain an extensive high level and global network. I also develop sustainable innovative partnership models, to empower the vision of companies aligning local needs with global stakes – Glocal.

    Paris 2012 - 2014 Accor Group operates in over 92 countries, with more than 3,500 hotels (Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis, Thalassa Sea & Spa).

    Within 14 months at the North American Procurement Department, designed innovative partnership solutions with suppliers. This has placed procurement at the heart of the marketing, commercial, and training strategy a multi-dimension win-win model.
    Out of 17 properties: responsible for over 25 new agreements / 180 preferred suppliers / $ 85 million total purchases, and $2,000,000 net remuneration plus $120,000 marketing budget (excl. alcohol).
  • ACCOR - F&B International Director, Group Procurement Department

    Paris 2010 - 2012 • Defined an F&B strategy in accordance with the group marketing strategy.
    • Created synergies for F&B purchases between eight brands, five regions and 23 local teams.
    • Developed, maintained and optimized a procurement portfolio of global contracts (over 25 preferred suppliers for a net revenue of over $1 million) at international level allowing best conditions for quality, cost, route to market and timeline, as well as clients satisfaction (internal & external).
    • Led a local buyers' network (over 30) and a network of suppliers.

    2004 - 2006 This is a 200M € central purchasing organisation for fresh and frozen food products. In addition to my role at UFS I was highly involved in an association created in 1991 to foster commercial co-operation between 9 large wholesalers in continental Europe. Based in Paris my responsibilities were quite varied and included;

    • Trading in worldwide fish and meat markets.

    2002 - 2003 Based in London and Paris introducing the company’s high-end food ranges to my established network of hotels, restaurants, catering and specialty retailers.

    1999 - 2002 . This is the world’s leading retailer of caviar. Working globally, based in London, heading consumer and trade marketing. My achievements included ;
    • Engineering synergy between London and Geneva offices.

    • Developing successful trade partnerships, with luxury brands.
    • Establishing HORECA distribution network.
  • W.G.White Ltd - Londres - Sales & Marketing Manager

    1997 - 1999 World’s largest caviar wholesaler. Suppliers to both retail and foodservice sectors. In my role I developed market positioning and full range of communication materials.
    Responsible for Product Training in caviar, foie gras, specialty meats and gourmet foods. Relationship management with chefs, airlines and product development teams.
