Global Juice Category Manager for Orange Juice
• Transversal management of 10 buyers within Global Procurement (Asia, Latin America, North America, Africa, Europe, Middle-East…)
• Establish and implement the global procurement strategy of the portfolio to ensure a competitive cost and continuity of supply to our customers
• Generate business value growth by promoting supply chain optimization, and constant focus on decreasing complexity (Value creation focus)
• Implement Innovative practices and tools (New business models, Timings, Rationalization, Long-term contracts, alternative customs models, ...)
• Benchmark our practices in order to challenge the juice business model
• Arbitration role between local expectations and global interest
• Engage and develop partnership with the juice communities (Operation, Finance, legal, quality, marketing, R&D…) and key stakeholders within TCCC system
• Report directly to Atlanta headquarters (5 years’ strategy, objectives, achievements, recommendations)
