    1,7 M€ budget per year) and in charge of the strategy of the service
    · Responsible for the implementation of the Eurocopter Production System (Lean Manufacturing)
    for the whole mechanical plant (4 M€ for budget for 5 M€ for savings per year)
    · Define with the European EPS Core Team the new international system of production for
    Eurocopter, common to France, Germany and Spain (Handbook, Guidebooks, etc.)
    · Train and coach operational staff and project leaders on project management and Lean/Six sigmas
  • Groupe AOSTE - Lean Manager and project engineer

    Saint priest 2004 - 2007 •Leader Engineer for the Lean Manufacturing project deployment (300 persons)
    •Responsible for the deployment and the results of 6 projects (400 k€ of allocated budget in 3 years, 1.5 M€ saved in the same duration)
    •Train and coach the managerial and the operational staff in Lean tools
  • Groupe Aoste - Scheduling Engineer

    Saint priest 2003 - 2004 •Responsible for the planning and scheduling activities (improve supply chain efficiency)
    •Project leader for the assessment of the production unit, with the support of the McKinsey & Company consulting firm
    •Develop a new production planning and scheduling software which also allow follow the performance of the production lines (productivity, delivery rate, etc.) (internship 6 months)
