En résumé

Working at Microsoft as a support engineer during the past years, I’ve gained high human and technical skills.
This job consists in solving various issues that can happen on servers or workstations running Windows
Humanly, it is often necessary to manage the stress that can raise from a crisis and I now handle this skill that is long to learn.
Technically, my panel of competencies is wide. When you start from the front line, you have to learn and adapt quickly to any known or new product in Windows. While growing, in addition to technological developments that require a daily investment, I had the opportunity to deeply improve my knowledge on the Microsoft products such as the Windows operating system, virtualization (Hyper-V, SCVMM, Azure), clustering and specifically Debugging. Dump analysis is a big part of our job, and I’m comfortable in kernel and user mode (both native and managed) debugging.
I also have the chance to be at ease to recover on disk structures that describe partitions and volumes (GPT/MBR & Basic/Dyn. Disks) and MFT records.
Finally, my actual role takes me to regularly deal with developers groups in India or United States to make them accept the correction of bugs that can be found during our investigations
