- Develop and manage a sales strategy mainly for Business Travelers portfolio (Military, IT, Communication, Private jet market - Le Bourget)
- Pricing strategy and annual negotiation / Benchmarking, Market research, Hoteligence review
- Develop a partnership with the purchasing and travel management of accounts to gain visibility
- Develop the room night production by taking market share and by increasing the inclusion of hotels in travel programs
- Market Research, Define a sales strategy for the opening hotels in collaboration with sales leader based in property.
- Local sales action in order to develop our visibility for prescribers (PA, BTC etc…)
- Sales collaboration with all DOSM / DOS / Hotel Sales Manager of the 14 Marriott Properties: Blitz, RFP, pricing...
