En résumé

Driven by team spirit, I like to think that there is nothing people can't achieve if they try together.

Over the last few years, I had the chance to coordinate many projects between 2 countries (R&D Team in China, Business & production in India), leading the teams to work together, in spite of strong cultural differences.
Working in China, in a fast growing business context, made me quickly improve key skills such as project management and formulation.

I am now part of Godiva Chocolatier R&D team, focusing on emerging products (Soft ice, Drinks, etc)

    Paris 2014 - 2015 1) Ingredient Exploration:
    - Focus on sweetness and Sourness ( e.g: dosage, profile, interactions) and identify the possible canditates for the future.
    - Understanding sugar and acids effects on product and on consumer experience.
    - Bridge formulation and sensory attributes : Identification of the formulation impact on the sensory perception of an aquadrink.

    2) Product development:
    - Support Mizone growth by developping new variants for the core range (2016).
    - Close relationship with all the actors for better project flow.

    3) Team support
    Implement tools within the team (IT, tracking, etc), and animate the "R&D University" training platform.
  • Danone - Project coordinator (India), formulation engineer [VIE]

    Paris 2012 - 2014 1) Project coordinator (Now focused on India), Formulation engineer.
    - Coordinate and implement a 2 years innovation plan for Indian Brands (B'lue and Qua).
    - Coordinate all the projects linked to India Business (Formulation, Packaging, Nutrition), and focus on new flavor development thanks to close partnership with Flavorhouses.
    - Responsible for India new product development (Formulation & stability)
    - Organization and animation of all the main team meetings.


    2)Business Process Organization
    As BPO, I am responsible for:
    - Synthesis and follow up of the Roadmaps of Waters R&D, with periodical review.
    - Manage and follow up the rainings within the team.
    - Implement New solutions to improve team efficiency.

    Vernon 2010 - 2010 Stage en entreprise de 6 mois au sein du Groupe SEB, Leader mondial du petit équipement ménager.
    Site de Selongey (21) en R&D boisson.
    •Etude de la concurrence et du panorama actuel des mousseurs à lait, notamment sur les marchés étrangers.
    •Etablissement de protocoles d’agitation/chauffe, validation de résultats, innovations par rapport à la concurrence.
