    Successfully managed in 6 months on-time and within budget: existing factory selection, building refurbishment, 250k€ investment in production equipments, staff recruitment & training, production lines organisation

    Grown business from zero to 450k€ in annual revenue with a 10% cut on labour hour cost by coordinating production transfer from European Sister Companies and by improving internal production efficiency
