Responsible for the product lines development tool (Product Data Management tool including cataloguing, developed especially for SKF automotive aftermarket): project management, vendor contract management (including review of vendor model, and offshoring of IT competences), documentation of both program code and how to use the IT tool, development of the retrieval platform (range development, marketing, cataloguing modules), set up of a proper organization around this tool. Significant improvements of cataloguing process and tools: reduction of time to generate paper catalogues from 12 to 3 months, significant improvements of e-catalogues data.
Responsible for SKF automotive aftermarket product lines range management process (RAMP). Implementation of a Product Life Management IT tool (Windchill) within SKF automotive aftermarket organization.
